BUYER: The user purchasing the service

2. Subject Matter

This agreement concerns the sale and delivery of the carbon emission tracking service ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, and determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service Details

• Service: Carbondigit Carbon Emission Tracking Platform
• Monthly Plan: $99/month
• Annual Plan: $999/year

4. Payment Method

Payments are securely processed via credit/debit card through iyzico payment infrastructure. All card information is processed by iyzico in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Delivery

As a digital service, the service is activated immediately after payment confirmation and a notification email is sent.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the performance of digital content and services has begun. However, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days before service activation.

7. Jurisdiction

The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.

Carbondigit is a fully digital service. There is no physical product delivery.

• Your account is activated immediately after payment confirmation
• Login credentials are sent to your registered email address
• You can access the platform 24/7 via web

2. Service Activation

After successful payment:

• Your account is automatically activated according to your selected plan
• All features become available immediately
• A welcome email with a user guide is sent

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

• A full refund is provided before service activation
• A proportional refund for the remaining period is evaluated after activation
• Service extensions are provided for technical interruptions

4. Refund Request

You can submit your refund request by sending an email to info@carbondigit.com. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are transferred to your credit card/bank account within 5-10 business days
• The refund process is securely handled through iyzico
